(1) You must be the author, literary agent, or publisher of the work that you are submitting.

(2) Your poetry should not contain abusive, racist, offensive, or hate language

(3) Your poetry should not contain discriminatory references based on religion, race, gender, national origin, age, marital status, sexual orientation, or disability

(4) Your poetry should not contain references to illegal activity

(5) You may not post any false or misleading statements

(6) AI-generated material will not be reviewed or used to write reviews.

We do not assume liability for any review or any claims, liabilities, or losses resulting from any review. By submitting your poetry for review, you grant us a perpetual, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free use of the written review of your work.

These Terms and Conditions shall remain in effect while you use bisbingbooks.com. Without limiting any other provision of these terms and conditions, we reserve the right to, in our sole discretion and without notice or liability, deny access to and use of the site (including blocking certain ip addresses) to any person for any reason or no reason, including without limitation for breach in these terms and conditions or of any applicable law or regulation. We may terminate your participation in the site or delete any content or information posted at any time, without warning, in our sole discretion.
